Terms and Conditions of Sale

The conference fee includes lunch, coffee, tea and other refreshments and such other items specified in the particular conference brochure

Confirmation of your booking

We will confirm your booking by email. If you prefer confirmation by post please let us know by calling us, or sending an email message to the address shown on our website.
If you are paying by credit card we will send you confirmation of your place 3-5 working days from receipt of your booking

Hotel accommodation

This is only included where specified. Where appropriate a list of hotels close to the venue, will be available.
Directions and a map for the venue will also be included with your confirmation.

Substitutions

Substitute delegates are welcome at anytime. Just let us know who they are, and who they are replacing: call us or send an email message to the address shown on our website

Cancellations

A refund, less a 20% administration fee, will be paid if a cancellation is received, in writing, at least four weeks before a conference. We regret that cancellations after this time cannot be refunded, and that a refund for failure to attend a conference cannot be made.

Dietary Requirements

Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

We would like all of our delegates to fully participate in the conference so please let us know if you have any special access requirements.
